Project BRAVO's opened the newest application window for the 2025 year on Monday, March 17 with the capacity to accept 850 paper applications. The online Kiosk will be open from 8 am to 10 am.

It can take 4-6 weeks from when the application is complete to receive assistance. If you have a disconnection notice, please make arrangements with the utility companies to avoid disruption of services.​

 

If you submitted a complete 2025 application earlier this year, you do not have to reapply. You should be assisted within 4-6 weeks of submitting a complete application.
